Step 1: Free Towing from Your Location
Once we collect your car, our tow truck brings it to our local processing yard. You’ve already received your cash and signed the ownership transfer — now the recycling process begins.
Step 2: Safe Fluid Drainage & Hazardous Removal
Before any dismantling begins, we safely extract all fluids from the vehicle:

Air conditioning refrigerant
These substances are disposed of in line with New Zealand’s strict environmental guidelines.
Step 3: Salvage of Reusable Parts
Next, we remove and catalog all functional components, including:

Batteries and alternators

Doors, mirrors, bumpers

Wheels, tyres, headlights

Radiators and catalytic converters
These parts are cleaned, tested, and offered to customers needing affordable replacements.
Step 4: Car Body Crushing & Metal Separation
After parts are stripped, the vehicle’s shell is crushed. Metals like steel, aluminium, and copper are separated using magnetic and electronic processes and sent to recycling plants for reuse.
Step 5: Tyres, Glass, and Plastic Recycling
We also repurpose:
